Samsung to host ‘The First Look’ ahead of CES 2026

Samsung has announced it will host The First Look event on January 4, 2026, at 7:00 PM PST (10:30 AM IST on January 5, 2026) in the Latour Ballroom at the Wynn Las Vegas. This event is scheduled to precede the opening of CES 2026, the world’s largest IT and Consumer Electronics Show, by two days.

Vision and Key Announcements

The First Look will serve as the platform for Samsung to unveil its strategic vision for the DX (Device eXperience) Division in 2026. A central theme of the presentation is expected to be the introduction of new AI-driven customer experiences.

Keynote Speakers

The event will feature several key executives from the company’s leadership:

  • TM Roh, CEO and Head of the Device eXperience (DX) Division, is slated to deliver the keynote address for The First Look.
  • SW Yong, President and Head of the Visual Display (VD) Business, will appear on stage to outline the business direction for the upcoming year.
  • Cheolgi Kim, Executive Vice President and Head of Digital Appliances (DA) Business, will also share his respective business plans for 2026.

The First Look event will be accessible to a global audience, streamed live across multiple Samsung platforms, including: The Samsung Newsroom, Samsung Electronics’ official YouTube channel and Samsung TV Plus, the company’s FAST (free, ad-supported TV streaming) service.

Following the event, Samsung will host additional exhibitions and events at the company’s exclusive exhibition located at the Wynn Las Vegas, which will run through January 7.
