vivo just launched its flagship X300 and X300 Pro smartphones in India, as it had promised.
The vivo X300 has a 6.31-inch LTPO OLED display with 1.05mm ultra-narrow bezels on all the sides. The X300 Pro retains the 6.78″ 1.5K 120Hz LTPO OLED display, which as 1.1mm ultra-narrow bezels on all the sides. Both the phones use BOE Q10+ material, feature full-brightness DC dimming and 2160Hz PWM dimming, local peak brightness of 4500nit, minimum 1nit.
The phones are powered by the latest Dimensity 9500 SoC, which has scored over 4 million points on AnTuTu 11. These have up to 16GB LPDDR5X RAM, run Origin OS 6.0 based on Android 16 with 5 years OS updates and 7 years security Pro. The phones have IP68 + IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance.
The X300 has a 200MP main camera with 1/1.4″ Samsung HPB sensor, along with a 50MP ultra-wide camera and a 50MP 1/1.95″ LYT602 periscope telephoto camera with telemacro.
The X300 Pro is the first phone to use a 50MP 1/1.28″ LYT828 main camera, has a 50MP ultra-wide camera and a 200MP 1/1.4″ Samsung HPB sensor for the 85mm periscope telephoto camera with telemacro. This uses V3+ chip and supports 4K HDR cinematic portrait videos. Both these feature a 50MP front camera.
This time, both the phones support a Zeiss 2.35x teleconverter. This uses 13 high-transparency glass elements and the 3 ultra-low dispersion lenses, promising unmatched clarity.
The X300 packs a 6040mAh battery and the X300 Pro has a 6510mAh battery. Both the phones support 90W ultra-fast flash charging, 40W wireless charging and reverse wireless charging.

The vivo X300 comes in Elite Black, Mist Blue and Summit Red colours and is priced at Rs. 75,999 for the 12GB + 256GB model, 12GB + 512GB model costs Rs. 81,999 and the 16GB + 512GB model costs Rs. 85,999.
The vivo X300 Pro comes in Elite Black and Dune Gold colours and is priced at Rs. 1,09,999 for the single 16GB + 512GB model.
The vivo ZEISS 2.35x telephoto extender kit is priced at Rs. 18,999.
