Wobble, a brand owned by Indkal Technologies, is scheduled to launch its inaugural smartphone in India on November 19. This move represents a significant expansion for the brand, which is currently known for its displays and smart TVs in the Indian market, including the recent launch of the Wobble Maximus, a 116.5-inch television, and the Wobble earbuds were launched back in 2023.
While the device’s official name and complete feature list remain unconfirmed, it is widely speculated to be named the Wobble 1. Reports suggest the smartphone will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7400 5G processor, indicating a focus on strong performance and connectivity. Rumored specifications also point to the device featuring 8GB of RAM and running on the most recent version of Android 15.
The phone’s alleged appearance on the IMEI database and Geekbench listings under the model number WB25SPMTA15P2 provided early glimpses into these potential specifications.
Teaser images released by Wobble highlight a focus on design and key features. The device is expected to have a sleek, modern aesthetic with a compact profile and a flat frame. The side view of the phone, as shown in the teaser, emphasizes its thinness, with the power and volume controls integrated flush with the frame.
A prominent camera module on the rear further suggests a strong emphasis on photographic capabilities, supported by mentions of “epic AI intelligence” for image processing. The teasers also promise an “epic audio-visual experience” with “dolby mode: on”.
The company has positioned the forthcoming device as a “Made in India, Engineered For the World” product, with plans to expand its availability to multiple countries following the India debut. The launch event on November 19 will officially reveal all details, including pricing and complete specifications, to the Indian public. It will be sold on Amazon.in after the launch.
