HUAWEI has confirmed the launch of Pura 80 Series for the global markets at an event in Dubai on July 10th, after it was introduced in China earlier this month.
The teaser shows the Pura 80 Ultra, which is the first smartphone to feature a 50MP one-inch ultra-high dynamic main sensor with f/1.4–f/4.0 variable aperture, a 40MP ultra-wide camera, a 12.5MP ultra-telephoto lens, and a 50MP ultra-large 1/1.28-inch sensor for the telephoto lens that supports dual optical zoom levels at 3.7x and 9.4x, with 100x digital zoom and advanced sensor-shift stabilization, and a 1.5MP multispectral sensor.
We can expect Pura 80, Pura 80 Pro and Pura 80 Ultra phone for the global markets since last year’s Pura 70 Pro+ was not launched globally. To remind you, the Pura 70 was launched in Europe starting at 999 Euros for the 12GB + 256GB model, so we can expect the Pura 80 to launch in a similar price range.
We should know more details in the coming days, before the Pura 80 series go official next month.
