OnePlus already confirmed that the OnePlus Nord CE4, the company’s next phone in the Nord CE series, will launch in India on April 1st. At that time, it confirmed that the phone will be powered by Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 SoC.
It also said that the Nord CE4 will come in Dark Chrome color that builds upon OnePlus’s legacy of iconic dark colorways featuring a subtle shiny gradient and Celadon Marble has a premium and elegant texture-based designs inspired from special edition OnePlus 11 Marble Odyssey.
The company has been teasing more features of the phone in the past few days. The Nord CE4 will pack 8GB of LPDDR4x RAM, which can be increased by up to a further 8GB via virtual RAM. It also supports RAM-Vita that helps the smartphone deliver a seamless experience while launching or switching between multiple apps, and retaining more than 15 different apps in the memory at once, said the company.
The Nord CE4 256GB storage and also supports expandable storage of up to 1TB. The phone will support 100W SUPERVOOC charging, which charges the device from 1-100% in 29 minutes, same as the Nord 12R. It will come with a 6.7-inch Fluid AMOLED 120Hz refresh rate dispaly with screen-to-body ratio of 93.4%.
A different keynote for the OnePlus Nord CE4
Instead of a traditional keynote format, OnePlus said that it has partnered with standup artist, Rohan Joshi, for the launch of the new OnePlus Nord CE4 to bring significant entertainment value to keynotes and to keep the audience hooked for the entire duration of the event.
To tease the general tonality and flavour of the event and to announce his participation, it has also posted a teaser to build intrigue and excitement to this all-new treatment.
To witness this first-time format, it will also be organizing exclusive watch parties across 20 key venues around the country on April 1 so that its community and RCC members can celebrate the launch event with them. More details will be revealed through the OnePlus Community forum closer to the launch date.
