Samsung Galaxy Book4 series gets Copilot key, offers multidevice connectivity

Back in December 2023, Samsung announced its Galaxy Book4 series running Windows 11 OS. As the latest update to the series, the U.S.-based laptops sold henceforth will feature a new built-in Copilot key, providing faster access to Microsoft’s AI companion.

Moreover, Samsung Galaxy smartphone users can connect Copilot with the Galaxy Book4. This enables the finding, reading, or summarizing of text messages from the phone and creating and sending messages, along with accessing other smartphone functions, directly on the PC.

Use Smartphone Camera as PC Webcam

Another interesting addition is that users can now use their smartphone camera as a PC webcam for the Galaxy Book4 series. This feature allows you to utilize the powerful cameras of Galaxy smartphones for video calls on platforms like Microsoft Teams, providing excellent image quality.

Easy camera switching enables flexibility, letting you adapt to different setups effortlessly. Apply features like Background Blur and Auto-framing are also available.

Do note that to utilize both the newly announced features, users must link their phone to the Galaxy Book4 through ‘Link to Windows’ app on mobile and the Microsoft Phone Link App on PC. The same Microsoft account needs to be used on both the PC and phone.
