Motorola Droid Turbo hands on

Motorola announced the Droid Turbo in October last year. The phone sports a 5.2 (1440×2560 pixels) AMOLED display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection and is powered by a 2.7GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 processor. Running Android 4.4 (KitKat), it hass 3GB RAM, 32GB/64GB internal storage.

The phone has a 2MP front facing camera and three capacitive buttons below the display. The 3.5mm audio jack is present on the top.

There are no buttons or keys on the left side of the phone. While a micro USB port is present at the bottom.

The power button and volume rockers are present on the right side. It measures 7.8-10.6 mm thick (curve) and weighs 169 grams.

The Droid Turbo has got a textured back that give its good grip while holding. It has a 21-megapixel rear camera with dual LED flash, 4K video recording. There is a 3,900 mAh battery on the phone that offers up to 48 of battery life with mixed use. The phone is water resistant and supports connectivity options like 4G LTE / 3G, WiFi 802.11a/g/b/n/ac (dual band), Bluetooth 4.0 LE, GPS, GLONASS, NFC.
