Snapchat adds support for voice filters, links and more in latest update

Snapchat is getting a couple of new features in the latest update. The app is getting support for voice filters, ability to add backdrops to a photo and a way to add links to images and videos.

As the name suggests, voice filters change the way your voice sounds in your snaps. You can remix your voice by choosing from a number of characters after recording a snap by tapping speaker icon. Up next, a new backdrop feature lets you add fun backdrops to your snap. You can cut an object from your snap and replace it with some fun colorful patch using the scissors button.

Moreover there is a new Paperclip feature that allows users to link websites to their Snaps. After recording a snap, you will need to tap the paperclip icon in the vertical toolkit and add in your link. Viewers will be able to swipe up to view the link within Snapchat itself.
