Haptik, chat based personal assistant app has been updated to version 5.0. Powered by Artificial Intelligence (AI), the app is getting new features such as smart wallet, improved bot library and support, faster response time and more.
The built-in Smart Wallet will allow users to complete commercial transactions with a single tap without having to leave the chat interface. The new version also features new bots from over 25 popular services including Uber, Zomato, BookMyShow, Goibibo, Cleartrip and UrbanClap among others. A new Genius Mode which is powered by artificial intelligence allows personalization of services by curating and recommending services based on the users’ personality and transaction history on the app.
According Haptik, 85 percent transactions in the app are processed by apps. The average response time has been reduced to less than 20 seconds, according to Haptik.
