Unlocked HTC Tattoo Now Available in India
After its brief fling with Vodafone, the Android based HTC Tattoo is now available in India in its unlocked form.
Possessing a 2.8″ QVGA Touchscreen with 240×320 resolution, a 528 MHz Qualcomm MSM7225 processor, and 256MB RAM, this is the cheapest way one could go the Android way.

The HTC Tattoo will be available at a market price of Rs. 18,400/- in Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh and Rs. 16,990/- in Rest of India at All Authorised HTC resellers across the country.
It little expensive,but offers a good processing power for its price range,and the ram is also good,screen is only 2.8,could have much bigger,i think its better to go for 5800,cheaper price,but if you are looking for windows this is a good option,but still there are lot of competetors…
brother, it is an android based phone…not a windows one! and as the article said, it is the easiest and most affordable way to go android, atleast currently , in India. though i do have reservations as far as the screen is concerned.. a 2.8 resistive touchscreen doesn’t augur too well for the potential android has, and the fact, this phone uses the the HTC sense UI – which is much more convenient on a capacitive screen
@Vikas, please check specs on HTC india website. In India they are not offering Tatto with 3G. It’s only EDGE.
yeah tattoo in india comes without 3g.
a big let down by htc.
