Milagrow iMap G5 ECO fully automatic wet and dry robot vacuum launched

Milagrow has launched the iMap G5 ECO robotic vacuum cleaner in India. The new model supports wet and dry cleaning and combines LiDAR-based navigation, mapping, self-emptying functionality, and app-based controls. The company says the vacuum cleaner is assembled in India.

The robotic vacuum cleaner supports automated vacuuming and mopping across multiple floor surfaces and can be managed through a companion mobile application.

Milagrow iMap G5 ECO

The Milagrow iMap G5 ECO uses RT²R 4.0 navigation technology with LDS LiDAR and SLAM mapping for home mapping and route planning. The system supports obstacle avoidance and adaptive cleaning while continuously scanning its surroundings in real time. The robot can store multiple floor maps and display live cleaning progress through the mobile app, allowing users to view cleaned and remaining areas.

For cleaning tasks, the vacuum cleaner is equipped with a Japanese brushless motor that delivers up to 14,000Pa suction power. It is designed to remove dust, pet hair, crumbs, and embedded debris from carpets and hard floors. The company says the vacuum supports low-noise operation.

The iMap G5 ECO supports wet cleaning through an electronically controlled 210ml water tank that provides controlled water distribution during mopping. It also uses a pressure-assisted mopping mechanism for removing dirt and stains.

The device is powered by a 5,200mAh lithium-ion battery and offers up to 300 minutes of runtime. According to Milagrow, the robot is suitable for homes measuring up to 3,500 square feet. When the battery level drops to 20%, it automatically returns to the charging dock and resumes cleaning from the same location after recharging.

The vacuum cleaner includes a self-emptying dock with a 3.5-litre sealed dust bag. Milagrow says the system can provide up to 90 days of hands-free cleaning. The device also incorporates a HEPA filtration system designed to capture fine particles, allergens, and airborne pollutants to help maintain indoor air quality.

The robot uses 32 sensors, including:

  • Cliff detection sensors
  • Obstacle sensors
  • Gyroscope
  • Accelerometer
  • Dirt detection technology

The vacuum cleaner supports cleaning on:

  • Marble
  • Tiles
  • Hardwood
  • Linoleum
  • Glass-finish surfaces
  • Carpets

It can also move across rooms and uneven surfaces during cleaning.

Through the companion app, users can access the following functions:

  • Cleaning schedules
  • Virtual walls
  • Custom cleaning zones
  • Remote management

The vacuum cleaner also supports voice commands through Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant. It supports the following languages:

  • Hindi
  • Tamil
  • Telugu
  • Kannada
  • Malayalam
  • Bangla
  • English
  • German
  • Russian
