HUAWEI has launched the MatePad Pro Max in global markets as a flagship tablet. The tablet is built on HUAWEI Cloud Falcon Architecture with a full-metal unibody design. It measures 4.7 mm in thickness at its thinnest point and weighs around 499 g. It is certified under TÜV Rheinland Ultra-thin Bending Resistance Certification.
It includes a luminous back panel finish that changes appearance under different lighting angles. The device features a 13.2-inch Flexible OLED PaperMatte display with a 94% screen-to-body ratio and 3.55 mm ultra-thin bezels. It supports 3000 × 2000 resolution, 144 Hz refresh rate, 1600 nits peak brightness, and 2,000,000:1 contrast ratio.
The PaperMatte display uses nano-level etching to reduce glare and improve readability. It is also TÜV Rheinland Full Care Display 5.0 certified and delivers 20% clearer viewing.
Software and Productivity Features
The MatePad Pro Max runs HarmonyOS 4.3 and supports PC-like productivity features. It offers Live Multitask, allowing up to three apps to run simultaneously for multitasking and comparison.
It includes PC-level WPS Office AI with support for document creation, spreadsheets, PDFs, and presentations. It can generate drafts from prompts, convert ideas into structured outlines, and create presentations using templates with tone and style options.
HUAWEI Notes supports AI handwriting enhancement, equation recognition, and unified document management. GoPaint includes multiple professional brush tools such as splatter and fluid brushes for drawing and sketching.
