DJI has launched the Power 1000 Mini globally as its most compact 1kWh portable power station. It is about half the size of the DJI Power 1000 and is designed for camping, road trips, and content creation.
The product is built on more than 15 years of battery research and development, supported by over 700 battery patents and large-scale real-world use across drones, cameras, gimbals, microphones, and other DJI devices, covering tens of billions of charge and discharge cycles.
DJI Power 1000 Mini
The Power 1000 Mini features a 1008Wh battery capacity in a squarer, compact body measuring 314 × 212 × 216 mm and weighing 11.5 kg. It is optimized for low-power efficiency and provides longer runtime compared to the DJI Power 1000.
It delivers a 1000W maximum output, with the ability to power select 1200W appliances using two USB-A ports, two AC outlets, or an SDC port. The system is designed for flexible energy use across multiple device types in portable environments.
Key features
The DJI Power 1000 Mini supports grid, solar, and car charging. It charges up to 80% in 58 minutes and reaches full charge in 75 minutes using AC power. Vehicle charging is supported via a 400W system that completes a full recharge in about 160 minutes (car charging cable sold separately). Solar charging is enabled through a built-in 400W MPPT module with MC4 cable support (sold separately).
It includes a 100W retractable USB-C cable for direct charging of phones, tablets, and laptops. The port setup consists of two AC outlets, two USB-A ports, and an SDC port for DJI accessories. It also supports UPS mode with 0.01-second switching during power failure and includes a built-in LED light with adjustable brightness.
