vivo has confirmed the launch of T5 Pro 5G, the company’s next smartphone in the T5 series in India on April 15th.
The company has confirmed 9020mAh battery for the phone. At 8.25mm, this is the slimmest smartphone with a 9020mAh battery, says the company. It promises 80% battery health even after 1200 charging cycles or about 5 years of use.
The vivo T5 Pro 5G will be powered by the Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 SoC and will pack up to 12GB of RAM and up to 256GB of storage. It will also come with 7000mm² vapor chamber cooling. vivo already teased 120FPS gaming support for select games such as BGMI and Call of Duty Mobile.
In terms of display and software, the T5 Pro 5G will feature a 1.5K AMOLED screen with 144Hz refresh rate and will run on vivo’s OriginOS 6. It also has IP68 and IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance. Based on rumors, the phone will pack a 50MP Sony IMX882, and the teaser image shows a secondary camera.
We should know more details about the phone in the coming days before the phone goes official next week. The phone will be sold on Flipkart, vivo India online store and offline stores after the launch.
