vivo showcased the much-expected vivo X300 Ultra at the MWC 2026 in Barcelona ahead of the launch. The successor to last year’s X200 Ultra will be equipped with an imaging kit, including accessories such as a teleconverter, fill light, and grip.
The phone will incorporate camera concepts in areas such as video, color, controls, and image quality, aiming to become a “professional Vivo single-lens camera”.
vivo will launch the world’s first 400mm vivo Zeiss teleconverter professional photography kit—Vivo Zeiss Telephoto Extender Gen 2 Ultra and a brand-new professional photography handle.
The X300 Ultra will have a “Pro Video Mode Pro”, providing a “professional photography equipment” control interface, which can be matched with “cinematic” color styles such as film feel, film style, and film look.
Furthermore, the phone will support 4K 120fps 10-bit Log shooting across all focal lengths, ensuring consistent 10-bit color depth, a wide dynamic range, and consistent color science Log across the entire zoom range using the Zeiss trinity lens. It also supports loading custom 3DLuts for monitoring during video recording, claiming to truly realize a “camera in your pocket.”
Based on earlier reports, the vivo X300 Ultra is rumored to pack a 6.82-inch 2K+ BOE flat OLED screen, a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC, a 200MP Sony LYT-901 sensor, a 200-megapixel HPB periscope telephoto lens, the industry’s most powerful ultra-wide-angle lens, and a dual 200mm + 400mm teleconverter setup.
vivo X300 Ultra is expected to be introduced later this March in China. In addition to the X300 Ultra, vivo is showcasing a broader lineup of products at MWC 2026, including the X300 Series, vivo X Fold5, V70 Series.
