Nothing has announced the opening of its sixth Exclusive Service Centre in India, located in Kolkata. This new facility is part of the company’s broader strategy to enhance its after-sales infrastructure and expand its service ecosystem for its growing user base in the Eastern region.
Facility Details and Operations
The Kolkata center is designed to offer dedicated assistance, including specialist diagnostics, priority repairs, and focused customer care. Beyond standard technical support, the facility will eventually host service camps and provide access to extended care plans and device protection solutions.

- Operating Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday (Closed on Sundays)
- Nothing Service Day: Observed on the second and fourth Saturday of every month. Customers visiting on these days can receive complimentary product cleaning, discounts on spare parts, and a waiver on standard service charges.
After-Sales Infrastructure Expansion
The establishment of the Kolkata facility aligns with Nothing’s ongoing investments in its Indian after-sales network. Throughout 2025, the company increased its standard nationwide service centers from 350 to 430, with a stated goal of reaching 500 operational centers by the end of 2026. Furthermore, priority service desks have been scaled from 5 to over 30 locations across the country to improve service accessibility and reduce customer wait times.
This service center launch follows the recent opening of Nothing’s first offline flagship store in Bengaluru earlier this month. The company is currently preparing for its next major hardware release, the Phone (4a) series, scheduled to launch on March 5, 2026.
