HONOR Power 2 could get 10000mAh battery

A new mid-range smartphone with around 10080mAh that expected to launch in early 2026 in China is expected to break battery life records when compared to other smartphones that are expected to be in 8,000-9,000mAh range, according to tipster Digital Chat Station.

This is expected to be the HONOR Power 2, successor to the company’s HONOR Power which was launched in China earlier this year packing 8000mAh, making it the first in the segement. The company even introduced the HONOR X70 with a 8300mAh battery later.

According to the tipster Digital Chat Station, the phone will pack a 6.79-inch 1.5K 120Hz AMOLED 120Hz display, powered by the upcoming MediaTek Dimensity 8500 SoC, and come with 80W fast charging which the HONOR X70 had.

Codenamed Saber, the phone is said to retain 50MP rear camera and a 16MP front camera. It is expected to come in Snow White, Midnight Black, and Sunrise Orange colours.

The HONOR Power 2 could launch sometime in February 2026, before the Spring Festival in China, and could move to 2199 yuan (USD 321 / Rs. 28,360 approx.) segment from under 2000 yuan segment due to increase in memory cost.
