Ai+, the newly established smartphone brand led by Madhav Sheth, has officially revealed its intention to enter the tablet market after the launch of its smartphones back in July this year. The company has announced the upcoming launch of the ‘Ai+ Laptab,’ a new device lineup scheduled to debut in the first quarter of 2026.
The Ai+ Laptab aims to cater to a variety of user requirements by offering three distinct display sizes: 11-inch, 12-inch, and 13-inch. To support a range of tasks spanning productivity and creativity, each model in the series will feature support for both a keyboard and a stylus.
NxtQ Operating System and Privacy Focus
The devices will operate on the NxtQ operating system. According to the company, this OS will feature a dedicated PC Mode specifically designed to facilitate productivity workflows.
A primary focus of the NxtQ OS is user privacy. Ai+ has stated that the operating system is built on a privacy-first philosophy, ensuring the absence of pre-installed bloatware and intrusive tracking software. This approach is intended to provide users with greater control over their personal data.
Ecosystem Integration and Availability
The introduction of the Laptab represents a step forward in Ai+’s broader strategy to establish a connected ecosystem. This ecosystem currently encompasses smartphones, wearable devices, true wireless stereo (TWS) earphones, and computing solutions.
The company aims to merge productivity, utility, and entertainment with the new tablet, promising enhanced software continuity across its product portfolio. Users can expect cohesive interactions and seamless transitions between the Laptab and other Ai+ devices.
Commenting on the announcement, Madhav Sheth stated:
We are excited to introduce the Ai+ Laptab as part of our vision to provide users with an integrated digital experience across all our devices.
The Ai+ Laptab will be distributed through the e-commerce platform Flipkart, as well as through Ai+’s network of retail partners across India.
