vivo has introduced Y500 Pro, the company’s latest Y series phone and the successor to last year’s Y300 Pro, in China. The phone packs a 6.67-inch 1.5K 120Hz AMOLED display, with a global peak brightness of up to 1600 nits, and a manual peak brightness of 800 nits.
It is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 7400 SoC replacing the Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 SoC, has up to 12GB of RAM, features a 200MP rear camera with Samsung HP5 sensor, along with a 2MP depth sensor and a 32MP front camera.
The vivo Y500 Pro mobile phone has IP68+IP69 dust and water resistance ratings, and it said that the phone will support IP68 even after 2000 minor drops, and has passed the national standard reliability certification. The main highlight of the phone is the huge, 7000mAh blue ocean battery with support for 90W flash charging.
