Xiaomi just announced the REDMI K90 at an event in China, as it had promised. The phone feature a 6.59-inch 2K AMOLED flat screen with peak brightness of up to 3200 nits, 120Hz refresh rate, has support for HDR10+, Dolby Vision, full brightness DC dimming, 2560Hz instantaneous touch sampling rate and 12-bit 68.7 billion colors.
The phone is powered by Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC with up to 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1TB storage, and has gas-liquid separation design creates a smooth heat transfer circuit. A large 5300mm² LHP and a three-step design effectively reduce core temperatures.
The REDMI K70 features 1115F ultra-linear, symmetrical dual speakers, and has Sound by BOSE tuning. The phone has triple rear cameras with a 50MP 1/1.55″ Light Fusion 800 sensor with OIS, Xiaomi AISP 2.0, 13.2EV movie-level high dynamic range, 8MP ultra-wide camera and a 50MP 2.5x periscope telephoto camera with 10cm macro option. It has IP68 ratings for dust and water resistance.
It features a glass back and a metal frame, features a brand-new design that balances one-handed grip with large-screen entertainment, uses integrated cold-sculpting process creates a more integrated body.
The phone comes with a 7100mAh silicon-carbon battery with 100W fast charging, and also supports 100W PPS charging. The newly upgraded Xiaomi Surge P3 smart fast charging chip + G1 battery management chip significantly improves charging efficiency.
