Samsung India has introduced its 4-Hour Superfast Installation & Demo Service, providing customers with a structured and timely installation and demonstration process. The service ensures installation of select Samsung products within 4 hours of request registration, along with a demonstration by trained service engineers.
Key Highlights
Fast Installation
Samsung customers can have new refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners, microwave ovens, and televisions installed within 4 hours of placing a request (within municipal limits). For areas beyond municipal limits, installation will be completed within 24 hours.
Personalized Demo
Service engineers provide demonstrations of each product, including advanced features, usage guidance, and integration with other devices, to ensure proper usage from day one.
SmartThings Integration
The service includes instructions for connecting devices to Samsung SmartThings, allowing appliances and electronics to be integrated for coordinated home or office operation. SmartThings supports AI-driven management of connected devices.
Availability
The 4-Hour Superfast Installation & Demo Service is applicable to Samsung’s full range of consumer durable products, including refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners, microwave ovens, and televisions.
Terms & Conditions:
- Valid from September 22 to October 21, 2025.
- Installation guaranteed within 4 hours (municipal limits) or 24 hours (beyond).
- Service applies after product delivery and registration before 4 PM IST.
- Available for all Samsung consumer durable products.
- Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, including adverse weather, traffic, government restrictions, or other uncontrollable events.
