Meizu 22 to be announced on September 15th

After teasers, Meizu has confirmed the launch of Meizu 22, the company’s next flagship smartphone and the successor to the Meizu 21 in China on September 15th. The company has also released the image of the phone which reveals a flat screen, metal frame and quad rear cameras.

The company already revealed that the phone will feature the world’s narrowest four-sided bezels of just 1.2mm with the self-developed LIPO process and body width is 71mm±.

Today, it has revealed a 6.3-inch screen, 50MP flagship quad-camera, including a 3x periscope telephoto lens and Snapdragon 8 Gen4 SoC. The phone is said to pack a single-cell capacity of 5370mAh, and a typical value of 5500mAh±, and it supports 80W wired charging.

Meizu 22 series will no longer stick to the traditional standard version and Pro version, so it will stick to a single version, which is Meizu 22. We should know more details in the coming days, before the phone goes official next week.
