Sony India has expanded its BRAVIA Theatre home audio lineup with the introduction of two new soundbars: the BRAVIA Theatre Bar 6 and the BRAVIA Theatre System 6.
BRAVIA Theatre System 6 (5.1ch, 1000W)
With 5.1 channels and a built-in subwoofer, the Theatre System 6 produces 1000W of sound power. It offers balanced sound with depth and clarity, suitable for home theatre setups.
BRAVIA Theatre Bar 6 (3.1.2ch)
The Theatre Bar 6 features a 3.1.2-channel configuration including two upfiring speakers and a wireless subwoofer. It provides surround sound and clear dialogue with detailed overhead audio effects.
Audio Technologies and Features
Both models support Dolby Atmos and DTS:X audio formats. Sony’s Vertical Surround Engine and S-Force PRO Front Surround technology create virtual surround sound effects, simulating sound around and above the listener without the need for additional rear or overhead speakers.
The Theatre System 6’s subwoofer uses a high-performance driver and passive radiator to produce deep bass. The Theatre Bar 6’s wireless subwoofer delivers punchy low frequencies.

- Voice Zoom 3: With AI support, Sony’s Voice Zoom 3 adjusts voice volume in real time, making even quiet speech easier to hear.

Sustainability and Accessibility
Sony has minimized plastic packaging and used fabric made from recycled PET bottles for the soundbar materials. Accessibility features include tactile markers on the HDMI eARC ports and raised frame indicators on packaging to assist visually impaired users. The BRAVIA Connect app supports screen readers for setup assistance.
