Xiaomi just introduced the Civi 4 Pro, the company’s latest Civi series phone, at an event in China, as it had promised. The phone features a 6.55-inch 1.5K micro-curved display with peak brightness of 3200 nits, 120Hz refresh rate and 1.6mm ultra-narrow size bezels.
It has a 50MP front camera, Samsung’s first JNP sensor with ultra-transparent nano-prism, same pixel size and +25% photosensitivity. On the back it has a 50MP 1/1.31″ 1.2μm large sensor, f/1.6 aperture, Leica Summilux lens, 12MP ultra-wide camera and a 50MP 60mm telephoto camera with 10cm macro.
It is powered by Snapdragon 8s Gen4 SoC with up to 16GB LPPDDR5x RAM, up to 512GB UFS 4.0 storage, the same three-dimensional ring cooling that protrudes 0.4 mm at the SoC, which is closer to the heat source and has a smoother heat conduction path. The ring cooling pump and high thermal conductivity graphite continuously control the temperature, promising the best performance.
It packs a huge 6000mAh silicon-carbon battery with 10% ultra-high silicon content battery as the flagship, making the battery energy density as high as 854Wh/L. It still has 67W fast charging.
The Iced Americano special edition has back shell material that has natural coffee grounds, which is environmentally friendly and sustainable. The unique lychee grain leather is not only delicate to the touch, but also has a light coffee aroma, said the company. The coffee-colored back panel is matched with the light gold metal middle frame, which is more elegant.

The Xiaomi Civi 5 Pro is priced at 2999 yuan (USD 416 / Rs. 35,795 approx.) for the 12GB + 256GB version, 12GB + 512GB version costs 3299 yuan (USD 458 / Rs. 39,380 approx.), and the top-end 16GB + 512GB version is priced at 3599 yuan (USD 499 / Rs. 42,960 approx.), same as the predecessor. The phone is already on sale in China.
