KRAFTON, Inc. and PUBG Studio, creators of PLAYERUNKNOWN’S BATTLEGROUNDS PC and Console game have announced PUBG: NEW STATE, a new battle royale mobile game. The game is set in the near future, in which years have passed since the original game. In 2051, anarchy rules as numerous factions battle each other. The competition has evolved into a new battleground featuring state-of-the-art technology that requires survivors to adopt new tactics to survive.
The company says that the PUBG: NEW STATE has been built to be optimized for mobile play. It adds that the graphics will surpass the standard of mobile gaming with Global Illumination technology, drop into massive open worlds that feature the most realistic graphics available for mobile gaming.
The PUBG: NEW STATE pre-registration has started on Google Play, and will open soon for iOS. It says it will work on Android 6.0 or higher with minimum 2.5GB RAM. Those who register before release will get a Limited Vehicle Skin (Permanent), says the company. However, it is not available for registration in India since the government last year banned the original PUBG Mobile game along with several games and apps.
