Box Contents

  • Fitbit Charge HR in Black
  • USB charging cable
  • USB dongle for PC syncing
  • User manual and warranty information

The Charge HR has a small OLED screen that shows incoming call notifications. It offers automatic sleep tracking, silent alarm, continuous heart rate  monitoring, apart from activity and exercise tracking. It uses a proprietary charging connector to charge the built-in Lithium-polymer battery.  It is also sweat, rain and splash proof. It connects to iOS, Android and Windows Phone smartphones using Bluetooth 4.0. The Fitbit mobile app and online dashboard lets you set goals, log food, see progress, analyse trends and earn achievement badges.

It has several set of sensors such as Optical heart rate monitor, 3-axis accelerometer and Altimeter. Unlike the Fitbit Charge that uses clasp mechanism for the band, the Fitbit Charge HR’s band is similar to band on a sports watch, which is made of flexible, durable elastomer material. It promises up to 5 days of battery life on a single charge.
