OPPO has unveiled key details regarding the camera architecture of its upcoming flagship smartphone lineup, the Find X10 series. In a statement published online, OPPO Chief Product Officer and OnePlus founder Pete Lau outlined the brand’s imaging philosophy, emphasizing that mobile photography over the next decade should focus on realistic and natural image rendering rather than artificial perfection.
New Imaging Architecture
According to Pete, the Find X10 series represents the culmination of optical and software development that began with the Find X6 line. The flagship series introduces the “Hasselblad Ultra-Clear Original Camera” system, built around four key technical pillars:
- Co-Developed 200MP Lens Cluster: Engineered jointly with Hasselblad, utilizing high-precision computational photography to capture fine image detail and preserve authentic skin texture.
- LUMO Native Light and Shadow Engine: Designed to manage dynamic range, retaining facial clarity in backlit scenarios without underexposing skin tones.
- Second-Generation LUMO Color Reproduction Lens: Calibrated to deliver accurate, natural skin tones without artificial digital whitening.
- Visual Consistency: Tuned to closely match captured frames with real-world human vision.

Hardware and Software Specifications
Industry leaks and regulatory certifications indicate significant upgrades across the Find X10 lineup:
- Triple 200MP Setup: The top-tier Find X10 Pro Max is reported to debut a triple 200MP large-sensor system. According to tech blogger Digital Chat Station, this configuration includes a 200MP DeepPix ultra-high-dynamic-range main camera with HPC technology, paired with a 200MP telephoto unit and a 200MP ultra-wide sensor.
- Core Internals: The series is anticipated to run on a 2nm MediaTek Dimensity 9600 Pro processor, coupled with an ultra-narrow bezel display on the front.
- Network & Platform Certification: Two models have secured network certification in China, confirming support for the N79 5G band and 2.4GHz spread spectrum communication.
The Find X10 series will run ColorOS 17 out of the box, featuring multiple integrated large AI models.
OPPO has scheduled its ColorOS 17 launch and developer conference for September 17, 2026, in Zhuhai, with the Find X10 lineup expected to formally launch later in the month.
