At today’s product launch event in China, iQOO officially unveiled its latest performance-orientated smartphone, the iQOO Neo11 Ultra, as it had promised.
The new model introduces several hardware upgrades across its core processor, battery capacity, thermal design, and display technology, while sporting a refreshed exterior layout.
Design and Ergonomics
The iQOO Neo11 Ultra introduces a horizontal camera Deco layout designed to improve grip stability during horizontal gaming sessions. It incorporates a 9.13mm large R-angle curve, an AG micro-frosted matte glass back cover, and a low-temperature matte metal frame engineered to resist fingerprints and slippage. The device is available in three color options:
- Wind Chaser
- Shadow Black
- Light White
Performance, Cooling, and Display
The smartphone debuts the MediaTek Dimensity 9500M processor, paired with LPDDR5X Ultra memory (operating at speeds up to 9600 Mbps) and UFS 4.1 flash storage. It also integrates iQOO’s proprietary Q2 gaming chip to enable native-level 2K super-resolution alongside the new Monster engine.
To manage thermals during sustained workloads, the Neo11 Ultra utilizes the 8K Ice Dome 3D VC liquid cooling system.
The front panel features a 6.83-inch 2K LTPS display utilizing Visionox F2 luminescent material:
- Refresh Rate: 144Hz
- Brightness: 2000 nits full-screen brightness, 4500 nits local peak brightness, and a 1 nit minimum brightness floor with a 98% first-frame brightness ratio.
- Eye Care & Touch: Equipped with Circularly Polarized Light 2.0 (reducing harmful blue light to 5%) and an ultra-sensitive touch chip supporting a 500Hz multi-finger touch sampling rate.
Camera System
The camera module consists of a dual rear array and a single front-facing sensor powered by the NICE Algorithm 2.0, offering classic focal lengths and three film profiles (positive, negative, and clear blue):

The Neo11 Ultra houses a 9100mAh Blue Ocean Battery—the largest ever in the iQOO Neo series. Utilizing fourth-generation silicon anode technology with an energy density of 886Wh/L, the device supports 100W fast charging and Global Direct Drive Power Supply 2.0.
According to official testing benchmarks:
- Up to 13.7 hours of continuous MOBA gameplay.
- Up to 23 hours of continuous short-video streaming.
- In a simulated daily student usage scenario over 9 hours, the device retained 56% battery capacity.
Durability, Connectivity, and Software
The chassis is built with an aviation-grade aluminum frame and high-durability reinforced glass, passing national military-standard impact resistance testing alongside 1.2-meter drop tests onto marble floors.
