Google has updated Video Remix in Google Photos, a feature that lets users transform their videos using AI-powered effects.
The feature joins other recent AI updates in Google Photos, including touch-up tools for removing blemishes, refining skin texture, brightening eyes, and whitening teeth. Google has also introduced an AI feature that creates a digital closet from users’ clothing photos and helps generate outfit ideas with virtual try-on options.
Video Remix
The tool allows users to create stylized clips by applying effects such as background replacement, relighting, and artistic stylization.
Video Remix is available through the Create tab in Google Photos. To access the feature, users need to update the Google Photos app on Android, iPhone, or iPad and open the Create section.
Availability
Video Remix is rolling out to Google AI Plus, Google AI Pro, and Google AI Ultra subscribers in select countries, including the US, Argentina, Bangladesh, Brazil, Colombia, Egypt, India, Indonesia, Japan, Mexico, Pakistan, the Philippines, South Korea, and Turkey.
