The ICY operates using a dual cooling system that integrates airflow with a semiconductor cooling plate, capable of reaching up to 18°C within seconds of activation. It supports Chiller Mode for up to 10 hours at lower speeds, powered by a 4000mAh rechargeable battery that also delivers up to 12 hours of fan-only runtime depending on speed settings.
Performance is driven by a brushless motor exceeding 14,000 RPM, ensuring steady airflow while maintaining noise levels below 20dB for quiet operation. The fan offers multiple speed levels, with runtime ranging from approximately 12 hours at the lowest setting to around 3 hours at the highest speed.
For control and monitoring, the device includes a built-in LED display showing battery level, speed, and cooling mode in real time. A single-button control system allows switching between airflow settings and activating Chiller Mode.
