HONOR just introduced Watch 6 Plus, the company’s latest smartwatch running MagicOS in China. The smartwatch comes with comprehensive tracking and reporting of cardiac heart rate, blood pressure, and sleep apnea. It packs a large 1000mAh battery, which claims to offer up to 17 days of battery life in typical usage.
On the design front, the HONOR Watch 6 Plus draws inspiration from racing culture at its core, infusing mechanical precision and the passion of speed into the dial language. It features a similar design language to the HUAWEI WATCH GT line-up, featuring a rotating crown, button, hexagonal-shaped body, and composite knitted strap.
There’s a 1.46″ AMOLED screen with a peak brightness of up to 3000 nits with support for video watch faces. Other capabilities include 5ATM & IP69 water resistance, Dual-band L1+L5 GPS support, NFC, and voice recording.
Alongside 120+ sports modes, it can also track advanced data for running, badminton, and football, offering a professional report. Watch 6 Plus tracks a metric called “Heart Rate Reduction” in real-time and evaluates heart rate to find the risk of sudden cardiac arrest. Users can check proactive reports on those risks and also get expert follow-ups during high-risk situations.
The Watch 6 Plus also incorporates AI-based features like AI Coach, AI running posture analysis, and the YOYO voice assistant based on the DeepSeek LLM.
