OPPO has confirmed the launch of the Reno16 and Reno16 Pro smartphones in China on May 25th as the successors to last year’s Reno15 series.
Song Yuqi continues to be the spokesperson for the OPPO Reno 16 series. The phones will feature a “Heartbeat Star” color scheme , employing a 3D floating planet design, incorporating visual elements such as planets and star rings into the back cover, and all models will come standard with a metal frame.
The OPPO Reno 16 series will be available in three colors : heart beat, dream blue and midnight black. The Reno 16 Pro is said to feature a 6.78″ 1.5K LTPO flat AMOLED screen and ultra-narrow bezel and is expected to be powered by the Dimensity 9500s processor compared to the Dimensity 8450 in the predecessor.
It is said to pack a 7000 mAh battery, support 80 W wired charging + 50 W wireless charging, and feature a 200 MP HP5 large-sensor main camera + 50 MP ultra-wide-angle + 50 MP periscope telephoto lens.
The Reno16 is said to pack a 6.32-inch 1.5K OLED flat screen, a Dimensity 8550 chip, a 6700mAh battery with 80W wired charging, a 200MP HP5 main camera with a large sensor, a 50MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 50MP periscope telephoto lens.
OPPO Bubble
OPPO will also introduce the OPPO Bubble, a trendy selfie screen with a magnetic design that supports remote shooting from up to ten metres away. It can be paired with a personalised protective case to transform into a bag charm or phone accessory, and it supports free wallpaper switching, allowing users to choose between animated or static images for the screen.
It will have a lightweight design, AMOLED screen, and a 550mAh battery for ultra-long battery life.
OPPO Pad 6, OPPO Enco Air5s and OPPO Enco Air5s
OPPO will also introduce the OPPO Pad 6 with a 3K Soft Light Screen (resolution 3000×2120), a Dimensity 9500s processor, and a 10420mAh battery.
It will come in three colors: Space Gray, Galaxy Silver, and Starlight Blue. The Galaxy Silver and Starlight Blue versions also have a Soft Light Edition option. It will be available in three versions: 8GB+256GB, 12GB+256GB, and 16GB+512GB.
The OPPO Pad Air5, on the other hand, will feature a 2.8K ultra-clear soft light screen and a 10050mAh large battery. It will come in 8GB + 128GB, 8GB + 256GB, and 12GB + 256GB variants.
The OPPO Enco Air5s are semi-in-ear true wireless earphone with a flagship-level voice noise reduction algorithm and an ultra-long battery life of 48 hours.
