Hitachi Cooling & Heating 2026 AC range with new BEE models launched in India

Bosch Home Comfort India Ltd. has announced its expansion plans for Eastern India, targeting West Bengal, Odisha, Assam, and adjoining regions with its Hitachi Cooling & Heating air conditioner range.

The company has introduced a wide portfolio of BEE-compliant models designed to meet evolving consumer requirements in the region, along with a new Engineering Excellence Centre (EEC) in Kolkata focused on training, service development, and customer engagement.

The announcement was made at a leadership meet held at Novotel Kolkata–Hotel & Residences, where Sanjay Sudhakaran, Managing Director of Bosch Home Comfort India Ltd., outlined the company’s expansion strategy for the eastern market.

New 2026 Hitachi Air Conditioner Portfolio

The 2026 range is designed for Eastern India’s high humidity and extreme summer conditions, covering both residential and commercial segments.

SUMO Series

The SUMO Series is a heavy-duty cooling range designed for large spaces and demanding conditions. It delivers cooling performance of up to 7400W and is built for stable operation in high-temperature environments.

Signature Series

The Signature Series includes 5-star and 3-star inverter AC models. It is offered in Magnum Grey, Brushed Silver, and Marble White finishes, combining inverter-based operation with standard residential cooling requirements.

iZen and Yoshi Series

The iZen and Yoshi series focus on energy-efficient usage and smart cooling control. Key features include:

  • AirCloud Go app and voice control support
  • Energy Tracker for real-time usage monitoring
  • Hybrid Convertible cooling modes
  • Octa Sensor-based adaptive performance
  • NanoTech anti-corrosion coating
  • Available in 3-star and 5-star inverter split AC variants

Cassette AC Range

  • 1-Way Cassette AC with slim design and 5-year warranty on PCB and compressor
  • Self-Clean 4-Way Cassette AC available in 2.0 TR, 3.0 TR, and 4.0 TR inverter models

Engineering Excellence Centre in Kolkata

Bosch Home Comfort India Ltd. has inaugurated the Engineering Excellence Centre (EEC) in Kolkata in collaboration with Techno India University.

The centre focuses on:

  • Technical training for students, technicians, and channel partners
  • Service and installation practices
  • Hands-on exposure to HVAC technologies
  • Skill development aligned with industry standards

The facility is designed to support structured training and improve service consistency across metro and emerging markets.

Regional Expansion Strategy

The company is expanding its dealer and distributor network across Eastern India to improve product reach and service access. Key elements include:

The Hitachi Cooling & Heating 2026 air conditioner lineup will be available across India through authorised retail and distribution networks, with pricing varying by series, capacity, and model, while detailed availability will be shared closer to rollout.
