boAt has launched the Aavante Prime X, its first truly wireless soundbar in the home audio category. The launch is tied to the T20 cricket season and features Royal Challengers Bengaluru players Virat Kohli, Krunal Pandya, and Phil Salt under the ‘Truly Wireless Sound Experience’ campaign.
The soundbar supports Bluetooth v5.3, HDMI (eARC), and Optical connectivity for integration with TVs and other devices. It features a 7.1.4 channel surround sound system with Dolby Atmos support and up-firing drivers for spatial audio, along with a wireless subwoofer for low-frequency output.
It delivers up to 700W output with boAt Signature Sound. The system includes detachable wireless rear satellite speakers that connect automatically without cables and can be placed freely in a room. Playback time is up to 12 hours with Dolby Atmos via HDMI eARC and up to 7 hours for non-Dolby content.
