OPPO has officially unveiled its new tablet, the OPPO Pad Mini alongside the new Find X9 series phones in China.
Design and Display Specifications
According to details shared during the press conference, the OPPO Pad Mini features a compact, lightweight build, weighing 279g with a thickness of 5.39mm. The tablet will be offered in three color options: Space Gray, Mint Green, and Monet Purple.
The device is equipped with an 8.8-inch 2.5K OLED display. It features an ultra-narrow 2.99mm bezel and supports a 144Hz refresh rate, designed to provide a fluid visual experience.
Performance and Features
Internally, the OPPO Pad Mini is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 SoC and houses an 8000mAh battery.
The tablet emphasizes seamless connectivity with several notable software and networking features:
- Automatic Network Sharing: Users can access the internet simply by having their OPPO smartphone nearby, bypassing the need to manually connect to a mobile hotspot.
- Dual 5G Support: The device supports the simultaneous sharing of dual 5G networks.
- Cross-Ecosystem Syncing: The tablet allows for message synchronization and file transfers across both Android and Apple ecosystems.
- Audio Connectivity: The system supports connecting to multiple pairs of headphones simultaneously.
Accessories
Alongside the tablet, OPPO detailed the capabilities of the supported OPPO AI stylus. The stylus features realistic vibration feedback and includes specialized functions such as ringtone search, AI charting, and AI drawing to complement the tablet’s core features.
