Apple Arcade is getting 3 new games including DREDGE+ and Unpacking+ this April

Apple Arcade continues to expand its library of over 200 games with no ads or in-app purchases. On April 2, three new titles join the service, including App Store Award winners and recognized favorites.

April Game Launches

DREDGE+ – iPad Game of the Year 2025

Complete edition with all DLC (The Pale Reach, The Iron Rig, Blackstone Key, and the custom rod). Players explore foggy archipelagos, dredge treasures, and uncover maritime mysteries.

Unpacking+ – App Store Cultural Impact Award 2023

Puzzle game about unpacking and arranging possessions in a new home. Combines block-fitting gameplay with home arrangement while revealing the story behind the items.

My Very Hungry Caterpillar+ – Multi-award-winning title

Based on Eric Carle’s story. Players care for a caterpillar, feed and interact with it, and watch it grow into a butterfly. Interactive format suitable for all ages.

Game Updates
  • Disney SpellStruck – New Adventure Mode maps inspired by Star Wars: Episode V – The Empire Strikes Back, with Darth Vader and Lando Calrissian as playable characters (added March 19).

  • Puyo Puyo Puzzle Pop – 35th anniversary update on April 9 introduces Puyo Puyo Garden, where players can grow, nurture, and battle their own Puyo.
