At MWC 2026, motorola introduced two new true wireless earbuds — moto buds 2 plus and the moto buds 2.
moto buds 2 plus
The moto buds 2 plus feature Sound by Bose tuning and a hybrid driver configuration. They combine 11mm dynamic drivers with Knowles balanced armature drivers. The earbuds support Hi-Res Audio with Low-Latency High-Definition Audio Codec (LHDC) and Spatial Audio.
Dynamic ANC reduces external noise. Six microphones with Environmental Noise Cancellation and a high signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) help improve voice clarity during calls. CrystalTalk AI, available through the Moto Buds app, applies AI-based noise reduction in loud environments.
The earbuds support Dual Connection for pairing with two devices simultaneously. Audio Share allows two pairs of moto buds 2 plus to connect to one smartphone. Wear Detection automatically pauses playback when removed. Touch controls can be customized for playback, calls or voice assistant access.
On compatible motorola devices, holding and pressing the earbuds activates moto ai features including Catch me up, Pay attention (record, transcribe or summarize meetings), Remember this, and AI-powered translation.
