realme has launched its first-ever clip-style true wireless earphones, realme Buds Clip, in India. The earbuds feature an open-ear, clip-on design that rests around the auricle rather than sealing the ear canal, reducing pressure and fatigue during extended use.
Each earbud weighs 5.3g and has a matte, frosted texture that resists sweat and oil. The titanium-fit memory metal C-bridge provides structural strength and flexibility, supporting over 10,000 expansion durability cycles and 3,000 torsion resistance cycles. The earbuds are available in Titanium Black and Titanium Gold, with consistent colour matching across materials.
The Buds Clip uses clip-style ergonomics for a stable fit during long hours. Its 11mm dual-magnet large-amplitude speakers provide a balanced soundstage, enhanced by the NextBass algorithm, which increases low-frequency response without compromising vocal clarity. 3D spatial audio adds depth, while Sound-Leap directional technology directs sound toward the ear to reduce leakage.
Design highlights:
- Matte finish: sweat- and oil-resistant
- Feather-light build supports extended wear
- Minimalist aesthetics suitable for daily use
The earbuds include AI dual-mic environmental noise cancellation for clear calls in indoor, urban, and transit environments. They support a Gemini-powered AI voice assistant and Next AI–based real-time translation for 30+ languages.
Connectivity features include Bluetooth 5.4 (SBC/AAC), Dual-Device Connection 2.0, Swift Pair, and 45ms ultra-low latency mode. Additional usability features include touch controls, Find My Earbuds, loud-find support, and offline location tracking.
Key controls:
- Double-tap: play/pause, answer/end calls
- Triple-tap: skip track, reject calls
The earbuds provide 7 hours of playback per charge, with the charging case extending total use to 36 hours. Earbuds hold a 45mAh battery, while the case contains a 530mAh battery. Charging is via USB Type-C, taking 1 hour for earbuds and 2 hours for earbuds + case. The Buds Clip has IP55 dust and water resistance and operates within 0–45°C. Status indicators are white, red, and green.
