Amazon has launched the all-new Echo Show 11 and fourth-generation Echo Show 8 smart displays with Alexa in India. Both devices feature Amazon’s Omnisense sensor platform, updated audio architecture, and a design with edge-to-edge glass and thin bezels.
The Echo Show 11 has an 11-inch full HD display, while the Echo Show 8 offers an 8.7-inch HD display. Both models include a 13MP camera with auto-framing and noise reduction for video calls and support automated smart home routines using motion, presence, and temperature detection.
The devices are powered by the AZ3 Pro with AI Accelerator processor and feature front-firing stereo speakers and a custom woofer for spatial audio. Users can control compatible smart home devices, stream content from Prime Video, Netflix, and YouTube, play music and podcasts, and view up to four live camera feeds with the ‘Drop In’ feature.
Both models support Wi-Fi 6E and include a Smart Home Hub supporting Zigbee, Matter, and Thread Border Router. Privacy controls include a microphone on/off button, camera on/off toggle, and options to view and delete voice recordings.
