Alongside the Xiaomi 17 Ultra, Xiaomi also introduced the Xiaomi Buds 6, the company’s latest half in-ear buds. These buds feature a lightweight design, weighing just 4.4g, and boast a unique bionic curve design that better fits the ear canal. It is powered by Snapdragon Sound (aptX Lossless/Adaptive) and Hi-Res Audio, supporting 24-bit/48 kHz high-definition lossless audio at rates up to 2.1 Mbps.
Inside the buds, there’s a new three-magnet unit along with a 24K gold-plated diaphragm, which increases high-frequency sensitivity by 30%, thereby offering crisp treble and enhanced bass. The buds are tuned by HARMAN’s Golden Ear Team, enabling special sound modes like Harman Audio EFX mode and Master Mode.
It supports Apple Find My for easy location tracking, independent recording of the earphones, as well as semi-in-ear active noise reduction and spatial audio. These have an IP54 dust and water resistance, dual-device connection, and promise 6.5 hours of standalone battery life on a single charge and up to 35 hours of total battery life (with noise reduction turned off).
