Itel has introduced the Zeno 20 in India, a rugged smartphone built for everyday use and basic environmental resistance. It serves as the successor to the Zeno 10, which launched earlier this year.
The device is rated IP54 for splash and dust protection and includes a bundled case to help reduce damage from accidental drops. It features a 6.6-inch HD+ IPS display with a 90Hz refresh rate and a waterdrop-style notch. Powered by an octa-core T7100 processor, the Zeno 20 includes a three-year fluency guarantee.
It is equipped with a 13MP rear camera supporting HDR, an 8MP front camera, a 5000mAh battery with USB Type-C charging, DTS sound enhancement, and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. The phone integrates Aivana 2.0, Itel’s voice assistant, with support for Hindi commands.
Users can perform tasks such as opening apps, placing WhatsApp calls, describing images, solving math problems, and generating captions using voice input. It runs Android 14 Go Edition and includes additional features like Find My Phone, Landscape Mode, and Dynamic Bar.
