Powering the 2025 OLED evo and QNED evo TVs, the Alpha AI Processor Gen2 introduces improved customization and smarter controls:
- AI Magic Remote now includes a dedicated AI button for voice control and navigation.
- AI Welcome greets users upon startup, while AI Voice ID recognizes individual voices to automatically switch profiles and offer curated suggestions.
- Based on user behavior, AI Concierge offers personalized content and keyword suggestions.
- AI Search, built on a large language model, interprets conversational queries and intent.
- AI Chatbot detects issues and provides solutions in real-time.
