RedMagic 10S Pro and 10S Pro+ with 6.85″ 1.5K 144Hz OLED display, Snapdragon 8 Elite Leading Edition, up to 7500mAh battery announced

RedMagic just announced the RedMagic 10S Pro and RedMagic 10S Pro+, the company’s new flagship gaming phones, in China, as the successor to last year’s RedMagic 10 Pro series. Both the phones are powered by Snapdragon 8 Elite Leading Edition at up to 4.47GHz. It offers up to 24GB of LPDDR5T (9600Mbps) RAM and up to 1TB of UFS 4.1 PRO storage.

These retain the 6.85-inch 1.5K OLED BOE Q9+ screen a refresh rate of up to 144Hz refresh rate, screen-to-body ratio of 95.3%, peak brightness of 2000 nits, and support up to 2592Hz high-frequency PWM dimming and DC dimming. The phones feature a Red Core R3 Pro self-developed gaming chip, which supports 2K+120FPS super-resolution and super-frame concurrency.

The RedMagic 10S Pro series use composite liquid metal cooling 2.0, there is “Hot Wheels” high-speed centrifugal fan with speed to 23,000 rpm, the 3D ice-step VC area is 12,000mm², and the superconducting copper foil is 5,200mm². In addition, this is the first to come with a built-in PC emulator, claiming to be compatible with multiple PC games on the Steam platform.

There are 520Hz gaming shoulder keys, 0815 X-axis linear motor, 1115 stereo speakers, and multi-function NFC. These feature a 16-megapixel front camera and support the new generation of AI under-screen camera technology, promising better images. The rear 50-megapixel main camera supports low-light night scenes, fast focus, HDR mode, AI elimination, AI album search and other functions.

The RedMagic 10S Pro+ has a 7500mAh silicon-carbon battery, supports 120W fast charging that can charge up to 100% in 35 minutes. The RedMagic 10S Pro has a 7050mAh battery and supports 80W fast charging.

RedMagic 10S Pro Dark Knight/Day Warrior 12GB+256GB model costs 4999 yuan (USD 693 / Rs. 59,040 approx.), and 16GB+512GB costs 5499 yuan (USD 763 / Rs. 64,945 approx.).

RedMagic 10S Pro Deuterium Front Transparent Silver Wing 12GB+256GB model costs 5299 yuan (USD 735 / Rs. 62,585 approx.), 16GB+512GB costs 5799 yuan (USD 804 / Rs. 68,490 approx.).

RedMagic 10S Pro+ Dark Quantum 16GB + 512GB model costs 5999 yuan (USD 832 / Rs. 70,850 approx.), Dark Knight and Silver Wing 16GB+256GB model costs 6299 yuan (USD 874 / Rs. 74,395 approx.), and 24GB+1TB model costs 7499 yuan (USD 1040 / Rs. 88,565 approx.).

The RedMagic 10S Pro Mingchao Limited Edition 16GB + 512GB model costs, 5999 yuan (USD 832 / Rs. 70,850 approx.).

The phones are available to order in China from today, and the Mingchao Limited Edition will be available in June.
