Google Pixel 3 XL with notch display, single rear-camera, glass back surfaces in live images

Google Pixel 3 series is due for later this year; October to be precise. While we started seeing rumors and leaks about the design of the flagships including the screen protector. Today the device live images have surfaced courtesy of XDA confirming most of the details that were rumored earlier.

According to the rumored images, the Google Pixel 3 XL packs display notch which was revealed in the screen protector leak earlier, dual front-facing camera sensors, and fingerprint sensor placement. But the surprising part is that it will have a 4GB RAM with 128GB storage variant with Snapdragon 845 SoC. Furthermore, the Pixel 3 XL packs a glass back, but there’s no way to tell it has wireless charging support. Like the Pixel 2 XL, 3 XL also packs front-firing stereo speakers.

While we hoped for a dual-rear camera, Google is retaining its single-camera strength despite the triple and dual-rear cameras fuss surrounding the flagships in the recent times. It is also worth noting that the Pixel 3 XL lacks the 3.5mm audio jack. The volume and power buttons are positioned similarly to the previous generation Google Pixel 2 XL.

The fingerprint sensor placement is retained to the rear side. At the bottom, there is just the USB Type-C port. As for the technical stuff goes, the flagships will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 845, a 6-inch display with the notch.

Since all the images have leaked, we just have to wait for the smaller Pixel 3 and what it has to offer. Either way, we should know more details as we move forward.
