Recently LG announced the Optimus One and Optimus Chic, both are good phones and comes with Froyo. And if you live in USA, then soon you will see Optimus One on Verizon, because according to the leaked screenshot above, LG Optimus One is headed to Verizon as LG Vortex. LG Optimus One is not a high end device, the device features Android 2.2, 3.2-inch HVGA touchscreen, 600MHz processor, 3-megapixel camera with face tracking and “smile shot”, 170MB of internal storage, and 1500mAh battery. I think Verizon will launch this device as an entry level Android device. I hope Verizon will launch this device during holidays, because it’s a perfect time for it. You can expect a price tag with 2-yr contract around $100-150.
