Foursquare updates Swarm app on Android and iPhone with more stickers and better check-ins

Swarm, the standalone check-in app from Foursquare has received an update for its Android and iPhone apps. With an aim to spruce up your check-ins further, the app has been added with new stickers.

Users can now easily access and choose stickers at the time of checking in. The stickers that have been unlocked by you, locked for you and glimpse of upcoming stickers are seen at the same time. Tapping on the unlocked stickers will give you hints as to how can you get them.

Moving on, the apps made it easy to check in with your friends. At the time of checking in tapping the add friends button will show you a list of friends you have recently been with, as well as friends that are nearby. The friend who is with you will also be checked-in by tapping the friend. In addition, iPhone app users will get an early sneak preview of the new map view of your history. Tapping on the little map icon will see all your check-ins around the world, broken down by where they are.

Swarm launched the Android and iPhone app in May and you can download them on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
