Google has started the rollout of the November Pixel Drop for Pixel devices, introducing new features including Remix in Google Messages, AI-powered notification summaries, themed packs, and enhanced safety tools.
Remix Photos in Google Messages
Google Messages now includes Remix, a tool for editing and reimagining photos using Nano Banana, Google’s Gemini image model. Users can modify images to redesign rooms, adjust hairstyles, or transform pets into figures.
Remix works in group chats and allows any participant to view remixed photos, regardless of their device, and Google Messages users can remix the same image back and forth without leaving the app.
Availability: Remix is available starting November 2025 on Android devices only. Users must be 18 or older.
Wicked: For Good Theme Packs
Pixel devices can be customized using Wicked: For Good theme packs with three styles: For Good, Glinda, and Elphaba. Each pack updates wallpapers, icons, system sounds, and GIFs.
Availability: Theme packs are available until January 31, 2026. Not available in Japan.
AI Notification Summaries
Pixel now provides AI-powered summaries of long messages and group conversations, showing digestible conversation recaps directly in the notification shade to quickly identify important information.
Availability: AI notification summaries are available on Pixel 9+ (excluding Pixel 9a) in English.
VIP Tools
Message notifications from VIP contacts are prioritized, and critical alerts are highlighted with a crisis badge in the Contacts widget.

Personalized Google Photos Edits
Google Photos supports personalized edits, including removing sunglasses, opening eyes, fixing smiles, or adjusting expressions. The feature uses face-labeled images in the gallery for natural edits.
