Apple Vision Pro could see global roll out in 9 countries

Apple is planning to introduce 12 new languages to the virtual keyboard on the Vision Pro, as reported by MacRumors. Currently, the keyboard only supports English (US) and Emoji, which limits its use to the United States.

To expand the Vision Pro’s reach to other countries, Apple needs to include more languages. The upcoming languages are:

  • Cantonese (Traditional)
  • Chinese (Simplified)
  • English (Australia, Canada, Japan, Singapore, UK)
  • French (Canada, France)
  • German (Germany)
  • Japanese
  • Korean

These language expansions hint at potential future launches of the Vision Pro in countries such as Australia, Canada, China, France, Germany, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, and the UK. Additionally, Hong Kong and Taiwan could also be considered.

Apple previously announced plans to bring the Vision Pro to more countries later this year but did not specify when. Analyst Ming-Chi Kuo predicts that Apple will expand availability before the June Worldwide Developers Conference.

The Vision Pro was initially launched in the U.S. in February, with vague information about its availability elsewhere. With enhanced language support, Apple seems poised to target global markets, although it’s uncertain if all regions will receive the product simultaneously.
