iPhone 6S said to come with Series 7000 aluminium

We have already heard a bunch of rumors and reports about Apple’s iPhone 6S. Today KGI Securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo is stating that that the next-generation iPhone will adopt Series 7000 aluminum.

Ming-Chi Kuo issued a note to investor in which he touts the Series 7000 aluminium that was used in the Apple Watch Sport. The iPhone S6 is said to be 0.2mm thicker and 0.15mm taller than its predecessor but will have the same design. As stated earlier, the new iPhone 6s will come with Force Touch-ready displays that will allow users to press harder on a display or trackpad to gain new contextual options. Giving insights about the color variant of the iPhone 6s, Kuo said it will be available in a new Rose Gold color option and the gold iPhone 6s will be closer to yellow gold, while space gray will be darker than it is on the iPhone 6.

Earlier leak last month had stated that the iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus could offer Force Touch controls, an upgraded 12-megapixel rear camera, extra RAM, a new processor and a higher resolution display.
