SwiftKey has introduced Chinese language support for its keyboard in beta on Android. The popular third party keyboard said that Chinese is on of the most requested language and hence the company has launched the support for the same.

“To cater to users of Simplified Chinese, Taiwan Traditional Chinese and Hong Kong Traditional Chinese, we’re introducing seven new input methods in SwiftKey Chinese to give you a choice no matter how you prefer to type – and we’re excited to be able to deliver this comprehensive coverage all in one go.”

posted SwiftKey in a company blog.

Similar to other languages, SwiftKey will learn from users words and save them thereby making the keyboard more personalized. It will allow Chinese language users to personalize their predictions using Gmail and social media accounts. SwiftKey claims more quicker and accurate typing thank to SwiftKey’s Heatmap Correction and contextual understanding.
